A trend is developing in the Gonzaga women's basketball program. No player or potential recruit is pigeon-holed into one position. If Gonzaga needs a wing, you can bet that that wing can play power forward or point guard if needed. "Versatility" is fast becoming the operative word.
Enter LA's Ebony White.
5’10" combo guard (PG, SG, SF), very athletic, great defender, good handles, smart, great court vision, knows current Gonzaga freshman Dominique Harris.
Last year, during her junior year at LAHS, Ebony built some very solid stats and earned a plethora of honors in the highly competitive conference, including:
PPG = 14.7
APG = 5.4
SPG = 5.7
RPG = 9.5
Versatility.
1st Team All City
1st Team LA Times All Regional
1st Team South Torrance Christmas Shootout
1st Team L.A. Wilson Christmas Classic

Team Co-MVP
It's obvious why this superb guard has risen on Gonzaga's wish list.
