| Biography: |
| Hassan Adams will bring an intensity to the game that was missing at times last season. Ultra-athletic and rangy, Adams is a big-time defensive force and is a scorer on the wing offensively as well.
Rated as one of America's ten best recruits, Adams led his Westchester HS team to the California state championship and picked up state Player of the Year honors along the way. He was named a USA Today 1st team All-American, was a member of the McDonald's All-American team and was a second-team Parade All-American. As a senior, Hassan averaged 18.3 points, 5.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 3.7 steals per game
Adams will push for immediate playing time at either the two or three positions and could wind up starting at some point during the season.
Was featured on ESPN's "L.A. Hoops" program throughout the basketball season and is very good friends with Darius Miles and Quentin Richardson of the Los Angeles Clippers. |
